Like best: Can't fault Steve. He's always ready and willing to help, no matter how big or small the problem. From the annual Air conditioning service, to showing me little tricks of the trade, solving an airlock in the loo, and ideas how to solve and avoid other minor problems, limescale in taps etc. Highly recommended and us always my first port of call if I've got an issue around the house.

How to improve: Get yourself a superman cape so you can be everywhere in the wink of an eye. Joking aside, do you offer 24/7 emergency call outs.
